DBC creation

Before you run the AdminAppServer utility, check the following: Your


CLASSPATH contains the full path of the jdbc classes111.zip file.
This is usually $ORACLE_HOME/jdbc/lib/classes111.zip. Your
LD_LIBRARY_PATH contains the directory, which contains the jdbc oci
library file. This is usually $ORACLE_HOME/lib.
